What to Expect
You might expect a joint named Mob Bar to be adorned by posters of Bugsy Siegel and Al Capone, but this definitely isn’t a mobbed up version of TGIFriday’s. Mob Bar aims to create a 1920s Supper Club vibe, complete with menus, glassware and waitstaff uniforms that are true to the era.

Featuring Italian appetizers from the Triple George Grill kitchen, including spaghetti and meatball bites, chicken parmesan sliders and clams casino for less than 10 bucks each, you won’t want to limit your visit to the booze menu.

FYI, you can order from the full triple George menu and get those amazing cocktails, but if you eat at tg they don’t make the mob bar cocktails and apparently don’t have a specialty drink menu. So the mob bar is the way to go.

Do they comp the specialty cocktails if you’re playing video poker at the bar? or is it well drinks only?

Had a great time here. The Spaghetti & Meatball appetizer was incredible and very creative. The staff was great and very attentive. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Love this place. A little small but everything on the menu was great. Kind of Italian Tapas – and I think we had about everything over a couple visits. The drink menu was really good too. Say hello to Pinto the bartender – very talented guy. Made great drinks off the menu and then more of his own creation – so good.

We had the chicken parmesan sliders over Memorial Day weekend and I have craved them every day since. The caprese salad bites, spaghetti and meatball bites, and eggplant rollatini were delicious too. They also have tasty beverages–if you’re into mojitos and ginger, try the Attaboy, a refreshing minty beverage with ginger beer. The cocktails are finely crafted with fresh ingredients and interesting flavors. We drank our way through half the cocktail menu (and some off-menu beverages) over a couple days and loved everything. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. I love this place and can’t wait to go back.

  7. I suggest posting that request on the Mob Bar Facebook page or sending them a message on Twitter.

I would like to see a menu for dinner. Can you email it to me or advise where I can see one.

    Thanks

Swung by for a quick drink after dinner at Triple George. It’s essentially Sidebar with a new coat of paint and new decor, which is good seeing as Sidebar was a great place to grab a cocktail. I tried their take on the classic Blood and Sand, and it was quite tasty. Next trip, I’m planning on spending more than a few hours Downtown (First trip in years in which I didn’t stay at a Downtown property.) and drinking my way down the cocktail menu.

They have a sign outside of Mob Bar (Triple George has a similar one) that reads:

    Alcohol. It’s Good For You……

    Definitely words to live by……
