What to Expect
Golden Gate features three casino bars:
- Flair Bar: Located just outside of the Golden Gate Casino on Fremont Street, the Flair Bar features bartenders with mad bottle-handling skills. Sure they’ll mix you a tasty drink, but they’ll also entertain you as they flip their bottles in the air. We’ve all seen Cocktail, so you know what we’re talking about.
- One Bar: Located just steps away from the Flair Bar on Fremont Street, Golden Gate’s second outdoor bar features hot, scantily-clad bartenders who can mix a mean drink and aren’t shy about jumping up on the bar and dancing.
- Casino Bar: Located inside Golden Gate, near the deli and the casino’s table games, this classic casino bar is a great place to chill out, watch a game on TV and have a cold beer or cocktail. This bar features plenty of video poker, so players drink free.

The Casino Bar is one of my favorites. I like that it is right next to the casino floor so you can watch all the action. Good TV setup, and consitantly the best bartenders around.
And I like the dancing girls.
The Casino Bar consistently makes a very solid Old Fashioned…and the Golden Gate atmosphere always feels like the perfect place to enjoy an Old Fashioned…until they crank up the hip-hop and let out the dancing girls. Such an odd place to have a “party pit”…the whole place screams live jazz to me. Anyways…great casino bar regardless.
