just found your website, courtesy of LasVegasAdvisor…best little bar downtown is a half-flight of stairs down in Hugo’s Cellar Restaurant..only a few tables and four barstool’s…top dollar but very generous pours along with comp cheese and pate spreads and crackers…always a stop when we are downtown….

Kings Bar is the greatest, especially bartender Mike. Great place to chill and people watch, especially for an “older” patron like myself. If ladies need a place to feel comfortable and just veg for awhile, this is the place to go. Keep up the great smiles, Mike!

I suspect Mike at Kings Bar is the same Mike that we had as a bartender at the Palace Bar. Really friendly, fun guy.

At the Palace Bar, order the chocolate vanilla hazel butt. It’s like an unfrozen mudslide with a slightly nutty taste. Delicious!

Service at Kings Bar isnt so hot. Even at 9 a.m. with fewer than 10 patrons, the bartenders took several minutes to take drink orders. They were mainly occupied complaining about their boss.

Kings bar is a nice spot to play VP and people watch. As the hours get later, the crowd on Fremont becomes more…………….interesting. Good bartenders too.

Chicago Brewing Company has delicious food, strong cocktails, and great service. Their deep dish pizza was tasty and filling. We had a couple well drinks that were easy on the mixers and served in nice glassware. (I love a well-designed glass.) We had a nice view of the casino floor, too. They have a separate section for cigar smokers near the bar, so you can choose your seat accordingly. Attentive servers make sure you have everything you need.
