Downtown Las Vegas features one of the most original and entertaining swimming pools in the entire city. Guests at the Golden Nugget have the chance to swim with sharks and other exotic marine life. The Tank at the Golden Nugget features waterfalls, a pool surrounding the 20,000 gallon shark tank and a water slide through the middle of it.
Even if you aren’t staying at the Golden Nugget, you can usually wander out to the pool to take a look around.

It is hit or miss if non-guest can get out to the tank area without a room key. Depends on which security guard, if any is on watch at the pool.
