With most of the Fremont East storefronts now occupied, there has been a bit of a lull for new bars on and around Fremont Street. That is about to end thanks to several new drinking options opening in the next couple months.

DTLV reports that Scullery, the first bar slated for The Ogden, is set to open in October. This small bar will feature light cocktails, wine and seating for about two dozen. It will also include a performance space for speakers, musicians and other events.

Nearby, Downtown Grand is scheduled to open sometime in October (exact grand opening date to be announced), adding eight new casino bars to the downtown Las Vegas lineup.

The Downtown Container Park opening is also planned for October. In addition to retail shops and several restaurants, it will include at least two bars, The Boozery and Bin 702 wine bar.

A couple existing Golden Nugget bars are undergoing renovations, according to our friends at Vital Vegas. The rarely used walkup window, The Bar, is currently walled off with an ad for the upcoming One Bar. This name, however, is unlikely to stick since Golden Gate has had its own One Bar for the past couple years. Rush Lounge is also walled off for renovations.
