Hot on the heels of our recent mention of the joys of a gigantic breakfast after a long night of boozing on Fremont Street comes news that the king of humongoid breakfasts, Hash House a Go Go, is opening at Plaza.

Known for its ridiculous portions of “twisted farm food,” Hash House has three other Las Vegas locations but none downtown. This seems like a great addition to Fremont Street and a welcome addition to the renovated Plaza. Look for Hash House a Go Go to open in early September.

I really dig HHaGG. I’ve been to the San Diego, and Imperial Palace locations, always really enjoying every last bite of my gigantic portions. Fried chicken and bacon-waffles with leeks are the best! Had a huge s’mores mocha on our last trip, which for $5 seemed outrageously reasonable!

To each their own, of course. I respect donnymac’s opinion!

Meh. Big giant plates of fairly average food. I’ll stick to Du’Par’s, Triple George Grill and Carson Street Grill. I really wish they would have bought back Firefly!
